This curriculum guides the nature and progression of training sessions throughout the season and is broken down into development in the following four areas:

  1. Technical (skill)
  2. Tactical (strategy)
  3. Psychosocial (mental)
  4. Physical (fitness)

  • 2/3 training sessions per week
  • 3-7 Tournaments per year
